• We only accept returns for ring size exchange(not inluding adjustable size ring) of the same item or refund.
• Exchange for different items is not allowed.
• All returns must be in its original condition and returned with the original gift box.
• Items can only be returned and exchanged once.
• Shipping fee is non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping.we recommend that you request a tracking code and shipping receipt when you ship your return.
• There is no additional fee to ship the size exchange of the same item(s) to customers.
